Covid-19 Salon Practices:

As you know we take the health and well-being of everyone very seriously and as such and in accordance with government guidelines we have introduced the following business practices.

As of 04th July 2020 we will only be taking only pre-booked appointments.

we are having to slow down the number of clients and contact we all have in the salon. So to enable a safe social distance we have moved styling stations to enable this allowing for safe social distancing where possible.

You will be greeted at the door by your stylist (The only team member you will be in contact with) we will ask you to hold onto your own personal coats, bags and umbrellas. Feel free to bring a bag to keep them together.

There will unfortunately be no food or beverages served in the salon, however you can bring your own. We no longer have magazines for you to read but do have digital magazines that you can access on any smart device.

Please be punctual, we are running to very tight schedule, and late arrivals will impact the appointment after yours.

Each client will receive on arrival all capes, towels, and mask. These will all be single use or sterilised in stylists own individual sterilising units. Everyone is expected to wear a mask in the salon unless you are exempt for medical reasons. Your stylist will also be wearing PPE .

We will take your temperature via contactless thermometer.

We ask that when you come for an appointment, that you do so alone where possible. we have had to remove all the fabulous chairs in reception to allow for the new social distancing measures.

Dry haircuts are not possible, we need to wash everyones hair before any service.

There will be hand-sanitzer available at the door and around the salon for you to use.

You will be required to wait at the door, and your stylist will come fetch you once you styling station is ready we ask that you respect safe social distance from anyone ahead of you.

If you prefer the old fashioned way of calling us to make an appointment, please note that we will not be answering the phones. You will have to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as someone has the time to do so. With us working on one client each at a time, and no more assistants we won’t leave you to answer the phone, which I am sure you as the customer in the chair will appreciate.

If you or any member of your family have Covid-19 like symptoms we ask that you please reschedule, in the interest of our stylists well being and all the other customers.
